Both go-karts and UTVs are part of our fleet, and both come up when someone's trying to plan a group trip. They're built for different things, though, and the right pick usually comes down to how your group wants to ride.
Go-karts: your own machine, real dirt track
Our go-karts run on a dedicated go-kart track — low to the ground, single-rider, built for speed and control on real dirt rather than pavement. Like an ATV, everyone in your group gets their own kart, so it's a personal ride rather than a shared one.
UTVs: a shared ride, full trail access
A UTV is a side-by-side you sit inside with a steering wheel and pedals, seating 2 or 4 people together in one machine. Instead of a dedicated track, UTVs run the full 45-acre trail system — hills, turns, and open terrain.
The differences that matter when you're deciding
| Go-Kart | UTV | |
|---|---|---|
| Where it runs | Dedicated go-kart track | 45-acre trail system |
| Riders per machine | One — everyone gets their own | 2 or 4 seats, ride together |
| Feel | Low to the ground, dirt-track speed | Real off-road terrain, hills and turns |
| Controls | Similar to a standard kart | Steering wheel, gas & brake pedals |
Which should your group book?
- Everyone wants their own ride and loves speed? Go-karts.
- Want to ride together as a group or family? UTV — 2 or 4 seats keep you together.
- Want real trail terrain, not a track? UTV.
- Can't decide? Book both — it happens here all the time, and mixing vehicle types in one visit is common.
