If you've searched "how fast do UTVs go" expecting a number in the 70s or 80s, here's the honest answer for what you'll actually experience renting from us: every rental vehicle is capped at 30mph.
The real number: 30mph, across the board
UTVs, ATVs, and go-karts are all speed-governed at no more than 30mph. That's true whether you're in a 2-seat UTV, a full-size adult ATV, or a kid-sized quad — the cap doesn't change by vehicle type.
Why not faster? Our Polaris RZR and Can-Am UTVs are capable of far more than 30mph unmodified — the cap is a deliberate safety choice for a rental fleet used by first-timers, families, and kids, not a limit of the vehicles themselves.
Why a speed cap is actually the better experience
No prior riding experience is required to rent here, and that only works safely at a controlled speed. A 30mph cap means a first-time rider, a nervous parent, or a 10-year-old on a Medium ATV can all ride the same trails without the risk that comes with an uncapped machine in inexperienced hands.
30mph still feels fast on real terrain
Top speed isn't what makes offroading exciting — terrain is. 30mph through mud pits and water crossings, over hills, and across 45 acres of uneven ground reads very differently than 30mph on a straight paved road. The cap keeps things safe without making the ride feel slow.
Want to go faster? Bring your own vehicle
The 30mph cap applies specifically to our rental fleet. If you own your own ATV, UTV, dirt bike, Jeep, or truck, an access pass lets you bring it onto the property without that same limit — your vehicle, your rules, within normal safety practices.
